DEPOSIT: We do NOT take deposits. Because of our “hands on” approach, the quality of our houses and the service we provide, we trust that our tenants will show respect for our houses and take “ownership” and treat the house & contents, as they would do their own homes. However, should damage occur beyond what we would consider normal “wear & tear” we will charge the group / individual for the cost of repair or replacement.
GUARANTOR: Each tenant will need a Guarantor who is capable of meeting our credit referencing requirements. The Guarantors liability is limited only to the individual for whom he/she is as Guarantor.
